In the unlikely event that your item is incorrect, faulty or damaged on arrival, we must be notified within 7 working days. Claims outside this period will not be accepted. Please message us to organize the item’s return and we will then either replace it or issue a full refund immediately. Where an item has been purchased in error i.e. the wrong nutrients, we will be happy to offer an exchange for the correct item. In this instance the buyer will be responsible to cover the additional postage and packaging for the replacement item. We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and our customer service.
Sometimes though, people want to return items because it's not what they expected, or they may have simply changed their mind. For this reason Shivas Grow Garden offer the option to cancel and return the item within 7 working days from the day on which the item was purchased. This applies to all of our products. To cancel your purchase within the seven working days, please message us through our message service.
Once we acknowledged the return please package the item securely in it's original packaging and send it to us within a maximum 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the returned item we will assess it and the money will be refunded. In this instance Shiva Grow Garden will refund the price paid for the item. If customer requests express delivery, they will have to pay for this themselves.
We will however not refund the cost of the return postage. We would recommend sending items through normal mail when returning them. We will not be responsible if the item is lost or damaged in the return post due to handling. All our products come with a 6 month warranty that covers all defects. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user or postal system.
Our guarantee refer to the quality of our product during the first 6 months after delivery. Guarantees will be invalidated if, in our opinion, there are no manufacturing mistakes or problems. When returning an item, please ensure you contact us by email.
Please include your full name, email address, delivery address, reason for return, original order and reference number. Please carefully package the returning items as we are not responsible for lost or damage in the return post. Refunds will be paid out after we receive the return item.
All our products have a 15 day test period, if our product does not help your plants in any way after 15 days it can be returned. Any products returned after this period will be assessed by our Quality Assurance department before any action is taken. If we find no flaws or faults with the item(s) no refund will be issued. We also reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee, or minimum of $10 (USD) whichever is greater, plus recover any delivery charges incurred. If an item is faulty, we reserve the right to repair or replace it. If this is not possible, a credit will be issued.
